How to order ?
It is quite simple ; you just follow the 5 steps in the way we propose them toyou :
#1 Make a choise between the articles whichyou are interested in and click on the « buy button » to add the article to your basket. At any moment, you can add or remove the article from your basket..
#2 Once your shopping list completed :click on the command button.
#3 If you are already one of our clients,please identify yourself
If you happen to be a new client, register yourself on the website (name, adress, E-mail et…) All the facts and details given are confidential and Fleur des tropiques is the onlyone having access, for orders and to forward by Mail.#4 Choose an expedition mode: By letteror Collisimo (postal parcel). ATTENTION: pay attention to the size of your order, which will be indicated on your order list. Here the consignment costs will be indicated according to the volume and your geographical situation. They will be calculated following the number, the nature, the size and the weight ofthe products.
#5 Choose your payment mode:
a) Giro or bank transfer(Eurozone only)
b) Credit Card by PayPal
c) Credit Card by «Banque Postale» (French Postal bank services)
- d) Paypal account
- e) Bank cheque in euro (France and French Oversea departments only). To send as a priority letter to: Fleur des Tropiques, Madame Catherine Ronot; 36 rue des cayambres Savannah 97460 Saint Paul Reunion Island. Please put on a stamp of 0,63€ (if you are from France) and note your order number, mentioned on the web, on the backside of the cheque
All transactions are secured,- whatever the payment mode - all informations will circulate between banks; we do not have any access to your bank informations.
TO VALIDYOUR ORDER:
Immediately, after confirmation of your order , you will receive the message "Notification de Commande". We will inform you by Mailof the expedition of your order (with the follow-up number if you have chosen Colissimo international or registred mail). If you do not receive this confirmation, the payment may have fallen (PayPal or other credit cards). If this happens, go back to your basket on the website and make an other payment choice. You will be informed by email of shipment

Our packages are shipped via (the French postal system to France or International), after the payment
We propose 4 expedition ways:
1) Priority letter (airplane) Approximative delivery time 4 to 8 weekdays for France foroversea french departments 8 to 10 days. 24/48 hours for Reunion Island.
2) Registrated Priority letter (airplane) Approximative delivery time 4 to 8 weekdays.
For France, For french overseas departments and international 8 to 10 weekdays. 24/48 hours for the Reunion Island (repay guaranteed in case of loss) CAUTION: registrated letter expedition is only valuable for dull objects like seeds, spice and dried fruit sachets, solitaires…
3) Overseas Colissimo parcel (airplane) Approximative delivery time 4 to 8 weekdays for France. For french overseas departments and international 8 to 10 days. 24 to 48 hours for Reunion Island.
4) Registrated Overseas parcel (airplane) Approximative delivery time 4 to 8 weekdays for France. For french overseas departments and international 8 to 10 weekdays. 24 to 48 hours for Reunion Island. (repay guaranteed in case of loss)
a )If you mistake yourself in the way on the way of expedition (letter instead of Colissimo
parcel, for example), we will indicate the overcost for a Colissimo expedition. This expedition will only be executed when the order is settled.
b) CAUTION: Detoriation or loss of a notregistrated parcel or letter is a post-office resposability: we ca not beinherited. Nevertheless you can always contact us to try to solve the problem(there are thousands of miles between you and us….), whatever it isc) If the indicated adress is not correct or not complete, the parcel will be returned to our headoffice, by the postal system,within a various laps of time, reaching up to two(2) months. The we willcontact you, to propose you an other expedition, on your charges.
